General Terms and Conditions
Activation of the Find-Back services can only take place after receipt of the full customer data.
The contract period is 2 years. After expiration Find-Back may accord the customer a renewal offer (promotion campaigns excluded).
Objects received in our offices will be immediately delivered. The forwarding expenses will be charged separately.
Changes of customer address or similar have to be communicated in written form.
Find-Back refuses any liability resulting from the loss of objects.
Information and Content
The information on this "web site" appeals to customers of the Find-back.com (on this "web site" www.find-back.com represented by AST Alarm Security Technologies AG). Our information is provided in all conscience and updated as fast as possible. Especially we reserve the right to update and/or change this data or remove it partly or in total from the "web site" anytime and without advance notice or advice. Please note that we assume no liability for incorrect statements or information out of date, citations or descriptions and therefore formally exclude liability for the latter.
In case of misuse of information given on the "web site" or informatics systems based upon we reserve the right to take legal measures against the responsible persons.

Personal data received from customers is exclusively used for the purpose for which we have received it and otherwise kept secret and protected. Without your prior agreement the data will nor be made accessible for third persons or forwarded in any way.
Rights of Intangible Goods
The trademark law protects the logos used on the "web sites" of Find-back.com, these remain in the property of the respective society. Therefore they may only be used by third persons with prior agreement of the respective society.
Pictures, photographs, graphics, texts and files published on the "web sites" of Find-back.com may only be used with prior agreement of the respective society.
Offer and Contract
Offers on our "web site" are expressively marked as such. If you agree to an offer, you declare to have read and agreed to the attached general conditions.

Applied Law and Exclusive Jurisdiction
For offers on the "web page" of find-back.com Swiss law is applied and exclusive jurisdiction is the domicile of AST Alarm Security Technologies. However for products sold by foreign subsidiaries in the respective foreign law is applied. Exclusive jurisdiction there is the domicile of the subsidiary.
