Can you tell me for how long my Find-Back Service is still active!
Yes, there are 2 different possibilities to find this out:
  1. Log-in into your personal account under "My Account", take your registry date and add 2 years.
  2. Send us an E-Mail with your inquiry to support@find-back.com
I moved away, how can I transmit my new address to Find-Back?
The most simple possibility to transmit your new address is to enter it in your personal account data (log-in under "My Account"). You can also send the new address in written form to the address given below and Find-Back will update the address data for you.
I am a customer of Find-Back and have lost an object which didn't carry a Find-Back Label. Is it possible that you bring this object back to me?
No, this is impossible, since all Find-Back Labels are furnished with a unique number and we can only bring back objects to their owner, which carry such a unique label!

How much does the finder get as reward?
This depends on the value of the found object. It’s not exactly defined by law, approx. 10%. From Find-Back however the finder always receives a free subscription for 2 years!
Who pays the reward?
The reward is paid by the owner and regulated by law. From Find-Back however the finder always receives a free subscription for 2 years!
How can I find out the IMEI number of my mobile telephone?
The IMEI number can be determined by the combination of keys *# 06 # at each mobile telephone and should be stored right after the purchase in your Find-Back account.

Does the blockage of the credit cards cost something?
No, these costs are included in the purchase of the Secure-Card.
