Security / Obligation of Secrecy
Your information is treated strictly confidentional and discreet. The customer data is exclusively used for the performance of the customer service. Find-Back does not transmit any data to third parties. The Find-Back number code does not allow for inference to the owner.
This is how it works
In case an object provided with a Find-Back label, key fob or Find-Back Secure-Card is found, the finder contacts the Find-Back Centre (working 24h/day) via e-Mail, World Wide Web, phone or fax.
1. The owner has the possibility to contact the finder directly after an object has been found, if the finder desires/admits this. Like this the repatriation and the finder’s reward for the lost object can be negotiated between the two parties directly.
2. The finding is communicated to the operator, who immediately arranges for repatriation of the found object by a courier and - if necessary - the immediate blocking of the registered bank cards.
The labels should only be sticked on a flat surface free of grease!
